The Story

Made by the movement.

Comfort Fedoke is an Emmy Award–winning Nigerian American creative: a dance artist, choreographer, movement director, actor, and singer whose work makes room for fearless human expression.

Biography

A creativeforce.

Long before global production sets, Comfort’s foundation was forged in the raw, unapologetic energy of street dance. Starting as a pure freestyler, she earned her name from the ground up — battling in the circle and competing on world-class stages including Juste Debout, WDC, KOD, and Red Bull Dance Your Style.

That same fearlessness brought her to national prominence on So You Think You Can Dance Season 4. Her relationship with the show grew across years as an All-Star, choreographer, mentor, and official judge.

Her movement has traveled from battle floors to the world’s biggest stages. As Associate Choreographer, she helped shape Universal Pictures’ two-part Wicked film adaptation, directed by Jon M. Chu, and the record-breaking West End production of Cabaret in London.

Her performance collaborations span H.E.R., John Legend, Florence and the Machine, Harry Styles, Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Missy Elliott, Gwen Stefani, Travis Scott, Drake, Jennifer Lopez, Kanye West, LL Cool J, Chaka Khan, Lizzo, and Wale.

On screen, her credits include Footloose, Step Up All In, Blindspotting, The Mindy Project, The Big Leap, That ’90s Show, The Santa Clauses, and The Funny Dance Show, alongside her starring role as Drosselmeyer in Disney+’s The Hip Hop Nutcracker.

She was the solo face of Nike’s 30th Anniversary Air Max VaporMax campaign, starred in Michael Jackson’s Pepsi Generation Super Bowl commercial, and led global campaigns for Apple. She is a long-time Red Bull TV host and commentator alongside Sway Calloway, and has judged Nigeria’s Maltina Dance All.

Comfort is also co-director and co-creative architect of A/VOID, an immersive experience joining dance, emotional psychology, and sensory environments for audience healing. As a recording artist, her single “Sauce,” featuring Chalice, Beatslaya, and Jordyn, carries that creative voice into music.

A career builtin motion.
